When I tried to use Espoo’s summer job voucher for my teenager, I discovered a challenge: while cafes and retail eagerly hire young people, finding a startup willing to do the same was nearly impossible. There was no job board connecting startups with young talent. That’s why I created startupsummeryoung.fi.
